bulletHugh M. Howell is currently an associate appraiser with Première Valuation and has been the owner of Howell & Associates since 1993.  He was previously the managing partner of Sylva, Howell & Associates for approximately 5 years from 1988 to 1993.  He was also a senior appraiser with Raymond A. Leasher & Company, Ltd. for approximately 11 years from 1977 to 1988.  Mr. Howell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Hawaii.  He has been a licensed Certified General Appraiser in the State of Hawaii since 1991, and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Hawaii since 1977.
