Background of Scot J. Voronaeff, MAI, CCIM 

  • Mr. Voronaeff is currently owner and chief appraiser of première Valuation, and was previously a senior manager at KPMG LLP for 4 years from 1997 through 2000.  He was also a senior appraiser with Howell & Associates for 8 years from 1988 through 1996, and an appraiser and research analyst for 7 years with Realty Research Corporation from 1981 through 1987.  Mr. Voronaeff holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from the University of California in Irvine.  He has been a licensed Certified General Appraiser in the State of Hawaii since the licensing requirement began in 1992 and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Hawaii since 2001.
