Mr. Voronaeff has over 20 years of real estate experience with an emphasis in real estate appraisal and investment consulting.  Mr. Voronaeff’s work experience is represented by a broad variety of past assignments throughout the Hawaiian Islands and in the Caribbean, U.S. mainland, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Korea, and Thailand.  Typical assignments have been conducted for purposes of financing and credit, transfer of ownership, just compensation in condemnation, tax matters, diminution in value, and investment counseling and decision making.
